Unfortunately, we currently do not issue any refunds or process any returns/exchanges. All of our products are final sale. Once your order has been processed, we will not be able to change sizes, add/remove a product or issue a refund. Please make sure to view sizing chart before placing an order.
If your product is damaged, please reach out to our support team through our email:support@canaany.com within 10 days of delivery date with proof of defective item in order to receive a refund or a replacement. All shipping costs are covered by the customer.
